AUGUST 7, 2024 -- State Rep. Rich Collins is sponsoring a meeting to update citizens of the status of the ongoing Millsboro Bypass project. The meeting is being hosted by the Millsboro Town Center. Delaware Department of Transportation Civil Engineer George Pierce will conduct the briefing and respond to citizens' questions.
